退換貨政策 (Refund & Exchange Policy)

1. 訂單更改與取消（適用於所有現貨及預訂產品）
● 不設退改： 本網站所有訂單一經確認及完成付款後，均不接受任何理由的更改或取消（包括但不限於：買錯貨、不喜歡、重複購買等）。
● 物流延誤免責： 商品到貨時間受供應商供貨、國際物流及海關清關等因素影響。不接受因超出預期到貨時間或物流延誤而提出的退款要求。
● 缺貨處理： 唯一例外情況為產品因供應商斷貨、配額不足或未能成團。屆時我們將主動透過電郵通知閣下，並安排受影響產品之全額退款。
2. 退換貨準則
我們僅接受以下「收到貨品時已存在」的明顯瑕疵或錯誤之退換申請：
● 明顯瑕疵： 產品功能損壞、大面積破損。
● 寄錯商品： 收到之品項與訂單不符（顏色/尺寸/款式）。
⚠️ 以下情況「不屬於」瑕疵範圍，恕不接受退換：
● 手工/螢幕誤差： 1-3cm 的手工測量誤差、螢幕顯示產生的正常色差。
● 包裝變動： 產品包裝因生產批次不同而有所變動。
● 物流損耗： 運送途中導致的外盒輕微壓損（不影響產品本身使用）。
● 特殊類別限制： 基於衛生考量，美妝護理類、貼身用品、寢具類商品，一經拆封使用 或出售，恕不接受退換。
● 人為損壞： 經判斷屬使用不當或保管不善造成的損毀。
3. 申請程序
若閣下收到問題產品，請務必遵循以下程序，否則我們保留拒絕退換的權利：
1. 時限： 請於收貨後 48 小時內提出申請。
2. 聯絡渠道： 透過 Instagram 私訊 (@sallysells.store) 或官方電郵 ([email protected]) 聯絡我們。（請選單一 渠道聯繫客服，以免影響回覆進度)
3. 提供憑證： 必須提供 訂單編號、 損壞/有錯誤部分的清晰照片。照片需包含 完整包裝箱\袋 ，以證明貨品在運送途中已受損，而非人為破壞
4. 回覆時間： 我們將於收到申請後 48 小時內處理並回覆。
4. 退回運費安排
● 若核實為發錯貨或產品質量問題，退回產品及重新發貨的運費將由 Sally Sells 承擔。
● 如因非商品問題而獲特別退換，來回運費需由買家支付
5. 退款流程
● 若獲批准退款，款項將按原付款方式（或雙方商定之方式）退回。
● 退款處理時間一般為 7-14 個工作天，視乎相關銀行或支付平台處理速度而定。
6. 爭議解決
如有任何爭議，Sally Sells 保留最終決定權。

1. Order Changes & Cancellations (Applicable to ALL items)
● No Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted for any reason (including but not limited to: purchasing the wrong item, change of mind, or finding a lower price elsewhere).
● Logistics Disclaimer: Delivery times are subject to supplier availability, international logistics, and customs clearance. We do not accept refund requests due to delays or arrival times exceeding expectations.
● Out of Stock: The only exception is if a product is out of stock, has insufficient allocation from the supplier, or the group buy is canceled. In such cases, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund for the affected items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns/Exchanges are only accepted for:
1. Significant Defects: Product functional damage or large-area breakage.
2. Incorrect Items: Received items that do not match the order (color, size, or style).
Non-returnable Situations:
● Minor Variations: 1-3cm manual measurement errors or normal color differences due to lighting or screen displays.
● Packaging Changes: Variations in product packaging due to different production batches.
● Logistics Wear: Minor damage or pressure marks on the outer packaging caused during transit that do not affect the functionality of the product.
● Restricted Categories: Due to hygiene reasons, beauty and personal care products, intimate apparel, and bedding items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or sold.
● Man-made Damage: Damage caused by improper use or poor storage.
3. Return Procedure
1. Timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
2. Contact: Instagram DM (@sallysells.store) or Email ([email protected]). ( To ensure efficiency, please contact us through a single channel only.)
3. Proof: You must provide your Order Number and clear photos of the defect/incorrect items. Photos must include the complete original packaging (box/bag) to prove damage occurred during transit rather than after opening.
4. Response Time: We reply to you within 48 hours.
4. Shipping Fees
● Sally Sells will cover return and re-shipping costs for verified defects or incorrect items.
● For any exceptional returns not related to product defects, the buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
● Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (or an agreed alternative).
● Processing usually takes 7-14 working days, depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.
6. Final Decision
Sally Sells reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
