1.訂購須知（現貨與預訂）
● 本網站產品分為「現貨」及「預訂」。
● 團購限定時間： 所有團購產品僅在指定的團購期內接受下單，逾期將關閉團購優惠。
● 混單處理： 若同一訂單內包含現貨及預訂產品，本網站將待所有產品到齊後一併發貨。如需分開寄送，閣下需承擔額外運費。
2. 配送與物流條款
● 送貨方式： 本網站現時預設使用順豐速運。
● 免運費條款： 若訂單滿足免運費條件，服務範圍包括送往閣下指定的地址、順豐站或智能櫃（除非特定產品頁面另有註明）。
● 配送責任限制： 貨物按閣下提供之收件資料發出後，如因提供之資料錯誤、無人收貨或閣下與物流公司之間的更改要求而產生的問題，本網站可協助追蹤及溝通。
○ 特別聲明： 任何因地址問題產生的額外費用（如：重寄費、修改地址費、滯留費等），Sally Sells 一概不會承擔，需由閣下自行負責。
3. 退換貨與查詢爭議
● 產品不設因個人理由的退換申請。
● 如收到貨品後發現質量問題或產品損壞，請在 48 小時內透過 Instagram 私訊或官方電郵與我們聯絡，並附上照片。
● 客服回覆時間 : 於收到閣下的查詢48小時內回覆（請選單一渠道聯繫客服，以免影響回覆進度）

1 Ordering (In-stock & Pre-order)
● Products are categorized as "In-stock" or "Pre-order".
● Limited Time: All group buy products are available only during the designated period. Orders will not be accepted once the period has ended.
● Combined Shipping: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available. If you require separate shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.
2. Shipping & Logistics
● Service Provider: Our default courier is SF Express.
● Free Shipping: If an order qualifies for free shipping, it covers delivery to your specified address, SF Stores, or SF Lockers (unless otherwise stated on specific product pages).
● Liability Limitation: Once items are dispatched based on your provided shipping information, Sally Sells is not liable for issues caused by incorrect data, failed deliveries, or change requests made directly with the courier. We will, however, assist in tracking and communication.
● Special Notice: Any additional costs arising from address issues (e.g., re-shipping, address modification, or storage fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns & Enquiries
● Returns or Cancellations: Returns or cancellations for personal reasons are not accepted.
● Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via Instagram DM or official Email within 48 hours with clear photos attached.
● Response Time: We aim to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours. To ensure efficiency, please contact us through a single channel only.
